💝  10 個新年計劃的建議:
1️⃣  早睡早起。
2️⃣  健康飲食。減少咖啡因和糖份的攝取。
3️⃣  每周運動 2-3 次。
4️⃣  藉着戶外活動去享受大自然。
5️⃣  每個月最少閱讀一本書。
6️⃣  學習新事物。
7️⃣  在家居和工作空間中清理雜物,移除所有你不再需要和喜歡的東西。
8️⃣  經常與那些你所愛和在乎的人共度優質時光。
9️⃣  結識新朋友。
🔟  幫助其他人。為世界帶來美好的轉變。

🔹這些是我今年的其中一些目標。

7️⃣  Declutter your home and work space, remove everything you no longer need and like.
8️⃣  Spend quality time with the people you love and care more often.
9️⃣  Make new friends.
🔟  Help others. Make a difference in the world.
